Delicious Culinary Experience

During my stay, I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's restaurant. The food was a superb and elaborate mix, with the chef going above and beyond to cater to everyone's preferences, including children. I especially loved the deconstructed Tiramisu – it was out of this world! Overall, the dining experience was one of my favorite highlights.

Perfect Poolside Retreat

The hotel's swimming pool is fantastic. It provided the perfect retreat for relaxation, and my kids had an absolute blast splashing around. Great Indoor Games

Satyam Palace offers a wonderful variety of indoor games that added great fun to our stay. We especially enjoyed the game room where we spent hours playing and bonding. It's a perfect way to unwind. The serene environment combined with indoor activities made our trip nice and entertaining.

Spacious Parking Facility

My experience at this hotel was quite mixed. The location offered a beautiful mountain view, which was a definite highlight. However, the state of the room was disappointing, particularly regarding maintenance and cleanliness. The service was exceptional, especially when they surprised us with a cake for our anniversary, which added a personal touch to our stay.

This hotel was incredibly disappointing. While it had the potential due to its spacious layout and big rooms, the maintenance was shockingly poor, making the stay quite uncomfortable. Peeling paint and rusted fixtures in the bathrooms were unacceptable. On a positive note, the staff was very attentive and made us feel special for our anniversary, which was a lovely touch.
